MTB downhill on a single track between pasture and undergrowth of middle level.
Be equiped for this track with helmet, gloves and protections.
Departure to the 6 place declutching chairlift of the "Crêt" to Praz-sur-arly.
At the arrival of the chairlift of Praz-sur-Arly, take the direction of "Chevan" at your right hand on the large track. Take the pasture at your left hand at the locality "Chevan".
Follow the pasture and take the single track at the end of this pasture. Take the direction of "Les Châteaux".
Come down to the tarred road in the direction of Praz-sur-arly chairlift.
